Once again, the FachPack trade fair appearance of Groninger & Co. Gmbh from Crailsheim is once again being organised under the motto „Visions become Reality“. The company will be demonstrating how quickly available, flexible in terms of processing variation and modular in design the machine solutions of the future are.
Groninger's entire product portfolio is based on the Ready-engineered concept to offer customers the flexibility they need while maintaining quality and safety. Ready Engineered stands for the standardised modular design of the filling, closing and handling machines. This offers corresponding cost benefits and enables shorter delivery times and therefore a faster production start for pharmaceutical, consumer healthcare and cosmetics producers. High filling accuracy
Depending on the diameter of the containers, the FlexCare 100 achieves a production output of 60 to 120 containers per minute. With the large number of possible formats, three closure types can be processed simultaneously. The optional 100 per cent in-process control (IPC) verifies the quality of each bottle.
