REA Elektronik GmbH from Mühltal has thoroughly analysed the challenges and requirements of packaging machine manufacturers and globally active industrial companies and aligned the further development of REA systems accordingly. The result is pioneering innovations and future-proof solutions for the needs-based labelling of products and packaging.
At FachPack 2018, the company will be presenting many innovations and enhanced products, such as the REA Jet Titan platform. The pioneering operating concept supports a variety of operating procedures all REA-Jet technologies. Once the operating logic has been learnt, all other technologies can be operated without further training. This saves time and money and minimises the risk of operating errors.
In the field of inkjet systems, REA Jet scores with the latest generation of its globally proven large character inkjet printer systems REA Jet DOD 2.0. The previous speed potential has been doubled to 600 metres per minute. At the same time, the durability of the print heads has been increased many times over by using the latest high-tech materials.
Further developed systems are also available in the following areas Laser and thermal inkjet. Both technologies represent an economical alternative to many continuous inkjet printers when maintenance-free, clean, environmentally friendly and solvent-free labelling is required.
Fit for Industry 4.0
The new REA Label pallet labeller offers increased performance and high flexibility thanks to its modular design. The new REA Label Color JET-D prints and dispenses full-colour labels up to DIN A4 that are both waterproof and alcohol-resistant. Labels are no longer produced in stock, but on demand created. Print content can be variably adapted at any time if different products are packaged on a line. The REA systems on show can be flexibly integrated into existing infrastructures with state-of-the-art interfaces for data communication and are fit for Industry 4.0.
