The trade fair duo Solids & Recycling-Technik Dortmund will open its doors on 7 and 8 November 2018. The organiser Easyfairs is expecting over 7,000 visitors, who will once again be able to enjoy an extensive supporting programme.
At the trade fair for recycling technologies, national and international exhibitors will showcase the latest trends in the industry. Together with Solids Dortmund, the trade fair for granulate, powder and bulk solids technologies, four exhibition halls will be home to more than 500 exhibitors present.
There was a 25 per cent increase in recycling technology alone. These include a number of industry giants such as Bezner Anlagen- und Maschinenbau, HAAS Holzzerkleinerungs- u. Fördertechnik GmbH, Huning Anlagenbau GmbH & Co. KG, Lindner-Recyclingtech GmbH and MOCO Maschinen- und Apparatebau.

About 100 specialist presentations on five InnovationCentre stages and Guided tours present visitors with a wide range of opportunities for information and professional dialogue.
The „Food“ and „Building materials recycling“ specialist days on 7 November, which are organised by topic, and „Packaging recycling“ and „Commercial Waste Ordinance“ on 8 November give. Experts from the DGAW, Fraunhofer IML, Der Grüne Punkt, Ostwestfalen-Lippe University of Applied Sciences, Institut für Angewandte Bauforschung Weimar gGmbH (IAB), vero e. On 8 November 2018, visitors will be able to discover the latest innovations and trends in the areas of „Packaging and recycling“ on the lecture stage in Hall 7 - the focus will be on the new Packaging Act and the topics Packaging design and recycling.
At the WFZruhr joint stand in Hall 7, an international co-operation exchange will be held for the second time as part of the trade fair. „Matchmaking Recycling Technology 2018“ which was organised in cooperation with Enterprise Europe Network, Zenit GmbH and WFZruhr. The two trade fairs will be accompanied by the 4th German Fire and Explosion Protection Congress of IND EX® e. V. and the 8th URBAN MINING® Congress, both of which will take place in parallel at the Congress Centre of Messe Dortmund.
