Paper manufacturer WestRock takes care of the forest

Paper and packaging manufacturer WestRock wants to raise awareness of sustainable forestry and is cooperating with PEFC to do so.

WestRock, a provider of paper and packaging solutions, has entered into a joint cooperation with PEFC Germany (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification). The aim is to raise awareness of sustainable forestry.

„WestRock and PEFC share the belief that sustainability is about meeting the needs of today without compromising the ability of the next generation to do the same. The PEFC „Find your roots“ campaign is a great way to raise awareness of one's origins and emphasise the importance of roots“.

WestRock has one of the world's largest third-party certified fibre sourcing systems. All WestRock carton types use wood from responsibly managed and PEFC-certified forests.
