Metsä Board, European producer of premium fresh fibre paperboard, is launching a new „Common Stock Service“ for white kraftliner to streamline processes for ordering and delivery of white kraftliner in continental Europe.
Metsä Board has developed the new service as part of its measures to increase customer focus. The shortened delivery times for white kraftliners should enable corrugated board converters to react faster and be more competitive. The service, which was launched in March newly introduced „Common Stock Service“ offers processing companies the opportunity to order ready-to-use white standard kraftliners simply and reliably from the Metsä Board warehouse in Lübeck.
The optimised local stock availability therefore enables a genuine just-in-time delivery service. The service includes a broad, permanent range of industry-standard specifications and stock items and is optimally adapted to the requirements of the market.
