Since June 2019, Patrick Zimmermann has been Member of the Management Board of FKuR Kunststoff GmbH with responsibility for sales, marketing and market development.
Two further appointments were made with effect from 1 July: Niklas Voss, previously in the technical sales is now responsible for the DACH and BeNeLux region as Deputy Sales Manager with his team. Denise Martha now heads the Marketing team and is responsible for all marketing measures, trade fair appearances and global communication for the bioplastics specialist.
Zimmermann studied mechanical engineering at Aachen University of Applied Sciences and industrial engineering at the Fernhochschule Hamburg before joining FKuR in 1999. There he was involved in the global market development as well as in the marketing of compostable and biodegradable thermoplastics and FKuR's distribution portfolio, including Green PE and Bio-PET.
As part of the global marketing strategy At FKuR, he was responsible for setting up the US branch, among other things. Since August 2015, Zimmermann has also been Managing Director of FKuR Polymers GmbH, manufacturer of customised polyolefin and TPE compounds.
