With effect from 1 August 2019, MULTIVAC has entrusted the two experienced managers Andreas Eyd and Frank Gabriel with the management of the recently acquired FRITSCH Group. MULTIVAC is thereby setting the course for the positive and sustainable business development of the leading manufacturer of baking machines - and is rapidly pressing ahead with its integration into the Group.
Andreas Eyd has been appointed as Sales Director and Frank Gabriel as Technical Director. Together with the existing management team, the new management duo will FRITSCH Group to continue as an independent company and develop them further.
Before joining MULTIVAC, Andreas Eyd worked in various management positions, including as Managing Director, for the printing industry and for companies in the refrigeration technology sector. Since July 2017 he has held the position of Vice President Sales & Operations for Central European countries, Africa & Middle East and Australia & New Zealand.
He will continue to fulfil this role in addition to his new duties until further notice.

Like Frank Gabriel, Andreas Eyd sees the takeover of the FRITSCH Group as a Great potential.

Frank Gabriel has been working for MULTIVAC since September 2011, most recently as Managing Director of the Spanish production company of MULTIVAC. He was previously responsible for international production projects at the packaging machine manufacturer's headquarters.
Frank Gabriel's successor in Spain was appointed on 1 August 2019. Txus Baquero who has worked as Production Manager at MULTIVAC in Spain since 2011 and is therefore firmly rooted in this branch of the company.
With him, MULTIVAC was able for the first time to Managing Director from Spain for the Spanish subsidiary win.
