The extensive Foil assortment stands for products that counteract food spoilage and go hand in hand with the growing ecological awareness of retailers and consumers. A prime example is the Low-sealing skin film Wentopro Skintight® 15 L, which the company is presenting in Nuremberg.
When using Wentopro Skintight® 15 L, compared to conventional skin films, it is possible to save up to 20 per cent material to be saved. The film is extremely hard-wearing and has excellent puncture resistance. Wentopro Skintight® 15 L can be used in thermoforming or trayseal packaging processes and seals reliably against all common materials such as APET/PE, CPET/PE, PP/PE, PVC/PE or PS/PE. The film is highly energy-saving compared to comparable films, a temperature reduction of up to 40 °C is required. Sealing temperature sufficient to achieve a reliable seal.
The Wentopro Skintight®-range stands for a range of films that is characterised by one of the best Barrier properties on the market. The films optimally protect the packaged goods from external influences and achieve improved Product shelf lives, which prevent premature spoilage. The innovative skin films wrap around the product like a skin without tension and enclose it securely also sharp-edged components such as bones, fish bones or shells. The firm surface seal prevents the contents from leaking out. This makes them ideal for fresh, frozen and processed products.
