Hajok Design is joining Spring CC, combining its design expertise with an international creative network. This move strengthens the international agency group Spring Family's specialised capabilities in packaging design, making it the highest-earning advertising agency group in Denmark.
By integrating Hajok Design into the Spring CC network, expertise in branding and packaging design is combined with Spring CC's international reach and know-how. The partnership aims to pool the strengths of both companies. This includes not only creative design but also the ability to develop scalable productions and cross-market campaigns.
„In a world where digital communication is becoming increasingly fragmented and automated, the value of physical brand experiences is rising – not the other way around. Packaging remains one of the most impactful touchpoints between brands and consumers. Hajok Design is among the best in the region in this area.“
Lars Bo Hansen, CEO of Spring CC
Continuity and growth
The acquisition of Hajok Design is part of Spring CC's growth strategy, which relies on acquisitions to strengthen its market position. The Hamburg-based branding agency, founded in 1997 by Klaus P. Hajok, has made a name for itself through creative work and strategic design expertise. The agency advises international brands in the food, drinks, beauty, and pet food sectors.
„It’s not about changing what has made our agency successful. It’s about turning the next page and creating even stronger long-term prospects for our customers, employees, and partners.“
Klaus P. Hajok, Founder and Managing Director of Hajok Design
Both companies emphasise that continuity, corporate culture and customer relationships will be of the utmost priority throughout the entire integration process. Klaus P. Hajok will continue to serve as Managing Director during the transition phase. Silence has been agreed upon regarding the financial details of the transaction.
Spring CC is part of the Spring Family. The agency group is already Denmark's largest by revenue. With the acquisition of Hajok Design, this position will be further strengthened. The group now employs around 500 people, with more than 300 at Spring CC.
