ISL Group successfully acquired by Thimm Packaging Systems

With this acquisition, the Thimm Group is expanding its solution portfolio in the area of reusable multi-material packaging.

The expertise in the development and production of technical moulded parts and Packaging solutions made from expanded polypropylene (EPP) will thus become part of the Thimm Group. „The takeover will result in synergies in our target industries, from which our existing and new customers will benefit equally,“ informs Schliep continue.
