Today, half of all blades produced worldwide for the Fusion, Venus, Mach3 Start and SkinGuard Sensitive premium razor lines are manufactured there. A production process has also been established here that increases energy efficiency and reduces emissions: in 2016, the Berlin plant was equipped with a highly efficient, decentralised energy generation system that sets new standards for the company's own environmental guidelines. The combined generation of heat, electricity and cooling saves 20 percent water and around 3,900 tonnes of CO2 emissions at the Berlin plant every year.
