Ultrasonic technology meets mechanical engineering: MS Ultraschall Technologie GmbH and Widmann Maschinen GmbH & Co. KG will be cooperating in the future in order to position themselves even better for the packaging industry.
The system technology from Widmann and the ultrasonic solutions from MS combine two fundamental areas for the packaging industry. With immediate effect, the Spaichingen-based company MS is contributing extensive expertise and modern digital generator technology to the Widmann machines.
„The new possibilities offered by the use of state-of-the-art digital ultrasonic generators open up new ways of countering the sensitive films with an even higher level of production reliability,“ says Benjamin Göttert, Head of R&D at Widmann.
„The concept from the machine builder for the machine builder is the best possible solution for our OEM customers,“ adds Konrad Beretitsch, Sales Director Systems&Components at MS.
MS has been expanding its portfolio in the field of packaging technology since 2018 and will open a new Competence Centre in Ettlingen at the end of 2021.
