Hubergroup Print Solutions announces the relaunch of its Rapida sheetfed offset colour series. The reason for this is the changed formulation of the new Rapida Eco series, which is now mineral oil-free.
Rapida Eco is one of only a few printing inks on the market that offers a very Quick removal with a sustainable formulation combine, according to the manufacturer. The relaunch of the colour series was preceded by intensive research and development work.
„It was important to us that printers don't have to choose between speed and sustainability. That's why we decided to reformulate our fastest sheetfed offset colour series. This was no easy task, but we are delighted to have taken on this challenge. Because we can now offer our customers one of the fastest sheet-fed offset inks based on vegetable oil.“ Josef Sutter, Product Manager Sheetfed/UV Europe at hubergroup
Like its predecessor series, Rapida Eco enables the Immediate further processing of the paper after printing and is suitable for use in perfecting printing. The series also has very high box stability, making it ideal for warmer regions. Josef Sutter adds: „Of course, the Rapida Eco also has very good print behaviour and print shops that previously used the predecessor Rapida series do not have to make any changes to their processes.“
