New seminars on sustainable solutions for packaging

Akademie Fresenius has announced three online seminars on sustainable packaging solutions, which are intended to provide a guide to packaging strategies in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.

Akademie Fresenius has announced three online seminars on sustainable packaging solutions, which are intended to provide a guide to packaging strategies in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.

According to the organiser, the focus of the digital seminar series is on the challenges involved in developing sustainable packaging solutions. These include the legal basis, the determination of company-specific sustainability goals, the question of recyclable packaging design and the necessary material knowledge.

Sustainable solutions for packaging

The series comprises three online seminars and is primarily aimed at sustainability officers and packaging managers from the areas of purchasing, product development and quality assurance in the FMCG sector. The seminars „Sustainable packaging solutions“ of the Fresenius Academy have different focuses:

„Sustainability and sustainable packaging“ on 29 November 2021

Display

„Recycling-friendly packaging design“ on 6 December 2021

„Basic knowledge of packaging materials“ on 10 December 2021.

The seminar was led by the graduate engineer Carolina E. Schweig, founder of the engineering office C.E.Schweig.
