Scandicore already uses paper for its mailing tubes and has now further optimised them with a paper lid. The company uses Pulpac's dry-moulded fibre technology for this purpose. The aim is to reduce resources and protect the environment.
The manufacturer of sustainable paper cores for the processing industry in Scandinavia, Scandicore, has developed a paper cover for the paper sleeves together with Pulpac. A European online shop for art prints will present its products in a completely plastic-free and fibre-based packaging from Scandicore.

Dry Molded Fiber from Pulpac is a fibre moulding technology with which Disposable plastics cost-effectively replaced by sustainable fibre-based alternatives can be produced. The patented technology is available to processors setting up their own production. To accelerate the changeover, Pulpac and its partners have developed the standardised Pulpac Modula machine platform, which is now being delivered to licensees and is available in the Pulpac Tech Center for the production of samples and bridge series.
„We offer a ‚wheat to bread‘ set-up that includes application development, tooling and sample production to facilitate the transition to dry moulded fibre. Working closely with our customers, we develop Competitive and sustainable market-ready applications.
