Hugo Beck is presenting its new wrapping machine, the Paper S, at Interpack. This machine offers a sustainable alternative to plastic shrink wrap by packaging products in kraft paper. What's special about the Paper S is its ability to work with or without a tray, making it particularly flexible.

Developed in collaboration with Mondi, the Paper S utilises the lightweight yet robust Ad/Vantage StretchWrap paper. This material is not only recyclable but also industrially compostable, making it an environmentally friendly choice. With high puncture and tear resistance, as well as good stretch properties, the paper offers a reliable packaging solution.

Efficiency and adaptability

The Paper S is compact and can be effortlessly integrated into existing production lines. Alternatively, it can also be operated as a stand-alone solution. Thanks to its space-saving design, the machine is particularly suitable for facilities with limited space. Furthermore, it allows for savings in material and energy costs compared to traditional shrink-wrap methods.

Flexibility through additional options

The bundle packer can be individually adapted to meet specific customer requirements. This is achieved by integrating digital printing units, labelling systems, or further automation components. Thus, the Paper S offers not only a sustainable but also a versatile solution for the packaging industry.

Visitors to interpack can find out about the advantages of the new machine at the Hugo Beck stand and experience live demonstrations that illustrate the functionality and efficiency of the Paper S.
