Management change at Stora Enso

CIO, Head of IT & Digitalisation, and member of the Group Leadership Team Teemu Salmi will leave Stora Enso in May 2022 after five years with the company.

After five years with the company, CIO, Head of IT & Digitalisation, Teemu Salmi, has decided to leave Stora Enso. Salmi is also part of the Group Leadership Team and is now taking up a new position as CEO at the Finnish cyber security company Nixu. He will continue to work at Stora Enso until 20 May 2022.

As part of Stora Enso's new operating model, the IT & Digitalisation division will be part of the CFO organisation in future and report to CFO Seppo Parvi. Seppo and Teemu will start the handover process immediately to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities.
