Back in February, beverage packager SIG announced that an agreement had been reached to take over Scholle IPN. The company has now successfully completed this takeover as of 1 June.
SIG announced on 1 February 2022 that the company had reached an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Scholle IPN. The company is the global leader in bag-in-box packaging and, according to the company, the number two in stand-up pouches. In 2021, Scholle IPN generated sales of around 474 million euros and an adjusted EBITDA of around 90 million euros.
