New CFO at Heidelberger Druckmaschinen

Heidelberg will have a new CFO from 1 January 2023. Tina von der Glotz will take over the position from Marcus A. Wassenberg.

Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG will have a new CFO as of 1 January 2023. Tina von der Glotz will take over the position from Marcus A. Wassenberg. She brings experience from her time as Senior Vice President Global Financial Strategy at Fresenius and will work on the strategic reorganisation of the Group that has already begun.

The Supervisory Board of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG appointed Tania von der Goltz as CFO at its meeting today with effect from 1 January 2023. She will join Heidelberg on the same date and become a member of the Management Board. Tania von der Goltz succeeds Marcus A. Wassenberg, whose departure from the company was recently announced. The Chairman of the Management Board, Dr Ludwin Monz, will assume the role of Labour Director at the same time.

Tania von der Goltz was most recently Senior Vice President Global Financial Strategy at Fresenius Medical Care, where she was responsible for the company's global financial strategy. Among other things, she initiated and managed international value enhancement programmes and, as Head of the Global Acquisition and Investment Committee, had a formative influence on the M&A activities of the DAX-listed group.
