RPC Bramlage is supplying a range of airless dispensers for the products of Nadine Salembier, a manufacturer of natural-based cosmetics. The packaging solution is available in four variants: The Vega AirFree® bottles containing 100, 200 and 400 ml, which are equipped with an Ecosolution™ pump, are complemented by the Twist-Up dispenser with a 20 ml capacity.
The containers are used for a range of high-quality creams for the face and body. This reliably eliminates the risk of contamination.
Sustainable solution
In addition to perfect product protection, the packaging for Nadine Salembier Particularly sustainable be designed. Both container variants manufactured by RPC are fully recyclable. In addition, the use of materials was optimised for all components in the production of the Vega AirFree® bottles and the Ecosolution™ pump. Only suppliers located no more than 200 kilometres away were considered, which makes logistics more sustainable. The pump itself consists of just four components. This has reduced the system's carbon footprint by 30 %. Just as important is the Bag-in-bottle construction, where the bottle contains a bag with an EVOH barrier layer. This prevents the ingress of oxygen.

In addition to effective product protection, the dispenser ensures that the product is dispensed evenly and hygienically.
