EcoVadis Gold Status for Konica Minolta

Konica Minolta has been awarded Gold status in the EcoVadis 2023 sustainability ranking, placing it in the top five per cent of the industry. 

Konica Minolta has been awarded Gold status in the EcoVadis Sustainability Ranking 2023. The award is given to companies that act in a sustainable and socially responsible manner. This puts Konica Minolta in the top five per cent of the industry. 

EcoVadis is the world's largest provider of sustainability ratings for companies and has built up a global network of sustainability experts in recent years. Network of more than 100,000 rated companies built up. 2023 is the eighth year in a row in which Konica Minolta took part in the independent test procedure and received a top rating.
 
The EcoVadis rating procedure evaluates the Corporate social responsibility (CSR) based on four key indices - environment, labour and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement. The assessment framework is based on scorecards for each participating company covering 21 CSR indicators, 190 commodities and 150 countries. The assessment framework is based on the Global Reporting Initiative, the United Nations Global Compact and the ISO 26000 guidelines, which cover environmental, social, ethical and supply chain issues.
 
Konica Minolta's environmental initiatives scored highly. EcoVadis also emphasises the company's strengths in terms of its environmental performance. Strategies, measures and results in the area of environment stand out. The company's ethics also received a high percentage.
