Sustainability, digital innovation, sterile and aseptic filling, inspection, traceability and customised solutions are the cornerstones of the Marchesini Group's exhibition. It is conceived as a journey into the world of machines, systems and services developed for every need in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry.
Around 50 machines will be on display, including Packaging lines on the subject of sustainability, which use environmentally friendly materials such as paper, recyclable plastic monomaterials, r-PET and aluminium.
In the large area dedicated to sterile and injectable moulds, the Group will be showing for the first time a Monoblock machine for non-contact automatic high-speed inspection of syringes with an integrated de- and re-nesting unit. The centrepiece is the inspection unit, which can reach a speed of 36,000 syringes per hour. This part of the machine can contain up to ten inspection stations for inspecting each syringe area: Flange, plunger stopper, particle detection, fill level, needle protection, defects on the glass and leak testing with HVLD (High Voltage Leak Detection) technology.
In the area of stand-alone machines and secondary packaging, the Group is presenting the new MA 360: a horizontal high-speed cartoning machine with continuous feed for packaging products in folding cartons with tuck-in or glued closures. With this solution up to 400 folding boxes produced per minute become.
The protagonist will be the Group's Beauty Division, which will be exhibiting a variety of machines and systems for the complete packaging of cosmetic products for the first time.
