Economical baling presses for cardboard, film and PET materials

The Glandorf-based machine manufacturer Strautmann Umwelttechnik GmbH will be exhibiting baling presses for cardboard, film and PET materials at Anuga FoodTec 2018.

The Glandorf-based machine manufacturer Strautmann Umwelttechnik GmbH will be exhibiting baling presses for cardboard, film and PET materials at Anuga FoodTec 2018. The disposal solutions - in addition to the fully automatic baling press, there is also a semi-automatic baling press and a dewatering press - will be demonstrated live in action.

Strautmann Umwelttechnik raises the Economic efficiency of its disposal concepts emphasises. The purchase of a baler is already economical for annual cardboard or film waste volumes of five to 280 tonnes. The presses have a compact design and can therefore be set up directly where the waste is produced. Bales weighing between 30 and 450 kilograms come out of the press. The revenue for the products pressed with a force of 530 kilo newtons further increases profitability.

For Cardboard box presses Strautmann offers the automatic AutoLoadBaler„ filling system“ on. The cartons are pushed directly into the machine using a collection trolley. Dewatering presses have the LiquiDrainer„ drainage system“ for PET bottles, TetraPak packaging and cans.
