TSC Printronix Auto ID presents a further development of the industrial 4-inch thermal transfer printers. MB240 can be used in demanding work environments such as e-commerce, warehouse and transport logistics or the food and beverage industry.
With up to 10,000 labels printed per day the MB240 integrates seamlessly into working environments. The high print speed of up to 12 inches (304.8 mm) per second, a robustly designed linerless cutter or a linerless tear-off edge with sensor that recognises whether a label has already been removed, as well as the ability to process large label rolls with a diameter of up to 8 inches (203.2 mm), increase user productivity. In addition, a specially developed Non-stick module Residues from label adhesive and thus prevents paper jams.
The MB240 can Process all common types of linerless labels and offers users not only flexibility but also increased work safety. A cutting interlock sensor and an upper blade support ensure that operators are reliably protected at all times.
„To ensure the highest possible reliability, our linerless label printers are regularly tested for compatibility with the products of the leading label manufacturers. Depending on the project, TSC Printronix Auto ID recommends the label and printer configuration that perfectly matches the customer's requirements profile. In addition, TSC provides its customers with complementary maintenance and best practice training. A correctly configured and well-maintained printer is ready for use around the clock.“
