Mondi wants to meet the requirements of e-commerce customers with its packaging solutions and has now expanded its ISTA testing service. The Performance Labs are certified by the International Safe Transit Association and the Amazon Packaging Support and Supplier Network.
The Performance Lab from Mondi can Test converted solutions such as MailerBAGs and corrugated cardboard boxes. The Performance Lab, located in České Budějovice in the Czech Republic, complements the eCommerce service offering for high-performance eCommerce packaging, from basic materials to customised solutions. The ultra-modern Laboratory equipment simulates the typical effects of packaged goods in every step of the supply chain.

The ISTA laboratory is a partner for the testing of Tier 1-3 compliant packaging from AmazonFFP - Frustration Free Packaging, SIOC - Ships in Own Container and PFP - Amazon Prep-Free Packaging. The services of the laboratory include Clamping, vibration, drop and pressure tests, certifications and test reports for various ISTA standards. Customers who opt for Performance Lab Services benefit from expertise in the development of packaging that complies with the relevant regulations, certification systems and sustainability requirements.
