The company Bluhm Systems can look back on over 50 years of successful company history. Eckhard Bluhm laid the foundation stone back in 1968 and acquired the distribution rights for Germany from the US company Weber Inc. The focus on direct labelling of industrial products was followed by the expansion of label production. The acquisition of Geset enabled the company to expand its expertise in mechanical engineering and labelling technology. With the acquisition of Markoprint at the turn of the millennium, Eckhard Bluhm proved once again that his actions as Managing Director were always geared towards the future and characterised by innovative strength. 

„At the company headquarters in Rheinbreitbach, we not only create solutions for our customers, but also a positive working environment together with over 600 employees. I am delighted that my son Volker is following in my footsteps and I am grateful that my legacy is now actually being carried on by the family. I am convinced that he will put his heart and soul into maintaining my life's work and leading it into the future. The handover during my lifetime will ensure a smooth transition. And I will continue to be active as 2nd Managing Director for as long as my strength lasts!“.

The new Managing Director emphasises: „It is thanks to my father and our employees that Bluhm has grown continuously since it was founded and has been successful at all times. We are currently once again facing the Planning of construction measures to further expand our production. By handing over the management, we are also sending a clear signal: we are looking to the future!“
