The new HFI 509 five-high rolling mill is a flexible and efficient solution for Chocolates with different ingredients and complex recipes. Users achieve optimum grinding and a fine particle size even for products with a challenging consistency. As a component of the Nano Chocoline, the HFI 509 roller mill reproduces the quality and Performance of conventional high-performance lines on a small scale. An output of up to 600 kg/h with a particle size of 20 microns is possible. The machine's level of automation allows recipe programming directly from the control unit.

The MLRG 1500 Drop Line is a new development for the Dosing of chocolate-based semi-finished products and compounds, which are intended for the bakery industry or as „easy-melt products“ for bakeries and end consumers. Its central component is the MLRG 1500 rotary dosing machine, a continuous dot dosing system that moulds chocolate drops, chips, sticks and chunks. It is complemented by a cooling tunnel with an infeed width of 1,500 mm and variable length as well as special pre-cutting devices. Manufacturers benefit from high outputs of up to 3,000 kg/h as well as quick and easy format changeovers.

Advance S-334 is a next-generation multifunctional packaging system that processes a wide range of products. The output is up to 800 products or 150 closed carton boxes per minute. The linear motor allows the Process steps of erecting, filling and sealing independent of each other This offers maximum efficiency and versatility, especially with frequent product changes. Various packaging configurations are possible within the shelf-ready displays. In addition, the picking robot offers excellent ergonomics when loading the carton blanks.
