Robocap-EC capping technology: flexibility and precision combined
Thanks to its flexibility, the Robocap-EC 40/6 DP can reliably and efficiently close a variety of push-on and screw caps, alignment caps, dosing and spray pumps as well as foam pumps and roll-ons. The Robocap-EC DP has an IPC control system with intuitive user interface. All relevant capping parameters such as torque, angular position, number of revolutions and rotational speed can be preselected digitally. These parameters are saved as CAPGRAMME and are available for a Quick changeover for product changes immediately available.
All Rationator-machines are designed for processing Ratilight pucks. The powerful servo main drive of the Robocap-EC guarantees Constant performance and precise positioning.
