Ranpak Holdings Corp, a provider of paper-based packaging solutions, has announced three new products that combine automation and paper protection. According to the company, the PadPak Multi-Station, DecisionTower with FillPak Trident and Pad'it are designed to improve productivity, enable more ergonomic workflows and optimise the use of materials.

The PadPak Multi-Station can supply up to ten packaging stations with recyclable paper pads, with a central converter system designed to save space. DecisionTower with FillPak Trident utilises machine vision to measure voids and reduce material usage by up to 35 %. Pad'it is able to automatically insert protective padding into packages and process up to 15 cartons per minute.

According to Ranpak, the solutions are designed to promote both efficiency and sustainability in packaging processes.
