With its systems for non-contact direct printing (REA Jet) and labelling (REA Label), REA Elektronik supplies modern technologies for high-quality marking that can also be seamlessly integrated into the production infrastructure. The code verification systems of the REA Verifier business unit complete the range of products from a single source.

Depending on the model, the pallet labellers print A4 or A5 labels in portrait or landscape format and apply them in continuous or stationary mode on up to three sides of the pallet. Thanks to their modular design, they fit seamlessly into the production process.

With high print quality and dispensing speeds of up to 2,500 labels per hour The servo-electric high-speed servo labeller significantly increases the degree of automation in production: it automatically recognises shipping containers with varying heights and places the labels contact-free using compressed air in exactly the right place. With its modular and compact design, it can be customised to meet individual customer requirements and local conditions.

Presented at the last LogiMAT, the the REA-Jet UP (Universal Print) on a piezo basis has since become a much sought-after all-rounder with its innovative technology. The system prints high-contrast and reliable labelling directly onto the packaging. It works on absorbent and non-absorbent surfaces. Whether for paper, cardboard or wood, coated or finished packaging - various inks are available for labelling: from oil-based and slightly solvent-based to light-curing for materials on which no other ink would dry. This also makes it ideal for labelling attractive and informative secondary packaging. The system prints at print heights of up to 108 millimetres per cascadable print head and at up to 1,600 dpi, so that even small characters are very easy to read.
