Munich will once again be the centre of attraction for the converting industry from 12 to 14 March 2019. Halls A5 and A6 of the exhibition centre will host ICE 2019, the eleventh leading trade fair for the converting and finishing of paper, film, foil and nonwovens. During the same period, the fourth CCE International 2019 in Hall B6 will be dedicated to the production and further processing of corrugated board and folding cartons. Both trade fairs are defined by the same industry trends: digitalisation, sustainability and product customisation.
The organiser of both industry shows is Mack Brooks Exhibitions. Liljana Goszdziewski, Exhibition Director of ICE Europe, is already delighted that the exhibition space has been increased compared to the previous edition. ICE Europe has grown by four per cent in 2017 and will now cover 11,500 square metres. The number of exhibitors will be roughly on a par with the previous trade fair. Back then, 429 exhibitors were counted. The organisers are once again expecting an international trade fair. In 2017, 45 per cent of the exhibiting companies came from countries other than Germany. A similar ratio is expected for ICE Europe 2019.

As a specialised trade fair, ICE Europe claims to cover all the main areas of the Convertings of web materials such as Paper, film, foil and nonwovens at the fair. On display will be machines and systems for laminating, drying, converting and printing as well as machine accessories, measuring and testing systems, semi-finished products, tools and much more.
