KHS will be presenting innovative packaging solutions at interpack 2026 that combine flexibility and sustainability. The new systems promise efficient processes and resource conservation.
In an era where sustainability and efficiency are becoming increasingly important in the packaging industry, KHS is presenting its latest developments at interpack 2026. The company is showcasing a comprehensive line concept designed for maximum flexibility and resource conservation. A central element is the KHS Innopack Kisters TSP Advanced, which enables a wide range of packaging formats for PET and glass bottles, as well as cans. The new BottleClip solution offers an environmentally friendly alternative to conventional packaging, dispensing with additional film.
The KHS Innopal PLR is another example of KHS' innovative strength. This high-performance palletiser combines modern robotics technology with high flexibility and safety. It is capable of palletising up to 625 layers per hour and offers optimal accessibility thanks to its low infeed.
Advanced PET bottles
At the PET segment, KHS is presenting two new bottle innovations. The KHS Supreme uses Plasmax barrier technology to keep oxygen-sensitive beverages, such as tea, fresh for longer. The KHS Premium LITE, developed in collaboration with Husky Technologies, impresses with minimal material usage at high filling speeds.
Smart Service Solutions
In addition to physical products, KHS places great importance on digital service solutions. The optimised KHS ConnectApp supports users with maintenance tasks and ensures higher plant availability. Together with the KHS Connect customer portal and other digital services such as Innoline Basic Line Monitoring and ReDiS, KHS demonstrates the importance of integrating digital technologies for modern packaging lines.
