Variable production solutions are in higher demand than ever in the cosmetics industry. Rationator is presenting the new generation of Robomat filling machines at interpack 2026.

Variable production solutions are in greater demand than ever in the increasingly competitive cosmetics industry. Rationator, an established company with over 60 years of experience in the development and production of filling machines, offers an innovative response to this demand with the new generation of Robomat filling machines. The Robomat series remains true to its tried and tested filling technology, but has been comprehensively modernised.

Modular technology for individual requirements

At the heart of the innovations lies a new control generation, which, according to Rationator, promises greater process reliability and improved operability. The modular design of the machines allows for flexible and individual configuration, enabling various Robomat variants to be adapted to specific customer requirements. This is particularly relevant for the cosmetics industry, which increasingly requires variable production solutions.

Expansion of the existing portfolio

The new Robomat generation complements Rationator's existing portfolio, which also includes the BottleMat bottle unscramblers and RoboCap capping machines. All systems are optimally matched to the RatiLight puck system, which guarantees high process stability and format flexibility. This combination of proven technology and new modular options ensures that the systems fulfil the modern requirements of production.

Trade visitors to interpack 2026 will have the opportunity to experience the Robomat generation in live operation. In Hall 15, they can be convinced of the extended functions and new modularity and receive advice on individual adaptation options.
