At Powtech in Nuremberg, the Beumer Group will be presenting solutions for conveying, loading, filling and palletising building materials and chemical products. Modular packaging and palletising systems will also be on show.
To enable users to transport different bulk materials over long distances and rough terrain, the Beumer Group overland conveyors and pipe conveyors. With their large incline angles and tight curve radii, the company is able to Adapt the route to the respective task and topography.
To transport the material vertically, the system provider supplies high-performance belt bucket elevators. They enable conveying heights of up to 200 metres. Special high-performance belts and belt-friendly equipment increase the service life of the bucket elevators and make them highly available.
The group also offers complete packaging lines and customises them to the user's products: For the chemical and petrochemical industry, there is the Beumer fillpac FFS form-fill-seal system. This moulds up to 2,800 bags per hour made from prefabricated PE tubular film and fills it with the appropriate material.
The Beumer paletpac high-performance palletiser for bagged bulk goods has a robust design and has been redesigned. With the new modular design, the same or similar components and modules are now installed in all systems, and - wherever possible - an identical design was realised. The units also consist of fewer components. This reduces the number of spare parts and shortens delivery times. The Modules are put together individually and customised, tested in-house and assembled on site. This saves time and costs.
To palletise products in special bags, drums, canisters, cartons or buckets, the company supplies the space-saving articulated robot Beumer robotpac. The containers, precisely stacked on pallets, can then be conveyed to the downstream Beumer stretch hood packaging system. This is also manufactured in a modular design and therefore offers the same advantages as the Beumer paletpac. The Beumer stretch hood covers the palletised goods with a highly stretchable stretch hood film. The goods are thus protected both during handling and during external storage. Securely protected from environmental influences such as sun, dirt and moisture, as well as insects and theft.
With the support of data analysis, for example, large volumes of data can be collected, analysed in a targeted manner and thus Potential for improvement uncovered are analysed. The information gained helps the user to continuously improve operations, which has a positive impact on life cycle costs. Beumer will also be presenting its software solutions in Nuremberg in order to offer its customers added value through smart software solutions with quality standards, a drive for innovation and a sense of sustainability.
In order to support the operator and prevent longer downtimes, localised technicians will visit the customer anywhere in the world if required. In addition to the service technicians, Customer Support offers competent telephone support via its hotline. Furthermore, with the Beumer Smart Glasses a remote service.
