ALPMA Alpenland Maschinenbau GmbH from Rott am Inn took first place in the mechanical engineering sector in the „Germany's best training companies“ competition. The competition was organised by the magazine „Focus Money“, the company „Deutschland Test“, which is affiliated with the magazine, and in cooperation with the University of Hamburg.
According to a company statement, factors such as the number of employees, the number of trainees, the final grades achieved, the hiring rate, remuneration as well as special support programmes and mentoring systems were examined.
ALPMA scored highly with a training rate of ten per cent and the spacious training workshop, and also received good ratings for additional benefits such as individual coaching for trainees, annual bonuses and an award for the best trainees of the year.
„ALPMA, as Training company ALPMA has a very good reputation in the region,“ explains Manfred Knauer, training manager for technical and commercial professions at ALPMA, „What our trainees appreciate above all and what gets around accordingly is the personal support.“
