With the Roxi label dispenser and sustainable linerless solutions, Cab will be presenting flexible systems for efficient and resource-saving labelling at Fachpack 2025.
Efficient labelling solutions are the core business of Cab Produkttechnik GmbH. At Fachpack 2025, the company will be presenting, among other things, the Hermes QL system, which applies linerless labels to packaging - i.e. without classic carrier material. This potentially eliminates tonnes of waste, while downtimes in systems are reduced thanks to fewer roll changes.
Printing is done using the direct thermal method on a special, thermally sensitive paper. Without colour ribbons, low-maintenance and sustainable. The system is particularly suitable for logistics processes with high label consumption.
Automatic dispensing of pre-printed labels
With the new Roxi label dispenser, Cab is responding to industry requirements for speed, precision and adaptability. The system dispenses Pre-printed self-adhesive labels synchronised with the transport speed - at up to 30 metres per minute. Different dispensing edges make the system compatible with a wide variety of surfaces. Roxi can be integrated into linear and rotary machines and ensures precise positioning of the labels, even at high cycle rates.
Broad spectrum for different industries
Cab also displays a number of other exhibits:
- Thermal transfer and direct thermal printers for printing small to large label volumes, also two-colour or double-sided, or for writing RFID labels
- Applicators for transferring the labels printed by the printer to goods in a single operation
- Print modules that add individually variable data to pre-printed decorative labels in a system and provide these labels for labelling
- Devices for high-speed labelling of pre-printed labels up to 200 metres per minute
