The demands on can sealing systems are continuously increasing, particularly in sectors such as the food and pharmaceutical industries, where precision and efficiency are crucial. Swiss Can, based in Berneck, Switzerland, specialises in developing machinery that meets these high standards. At Interpack, the company is presenting the latest version of their V-matic 127-3, which has been specifically designed for sealing cans under a protective gas atmosphere.

The V-matic 127-3 Twin offers a capacity of up to 35 doses per minute and is equipped with a hybrid drive. This technology enables precise control and high flexibility when processing doses with a diameter of up to 127 mm. A special feature is the vacuuming capability, which ensures a residual oxygen content of less than 0.5 percent.

Alongside the V-matic 127-3, Swiss Can displays the V 127 model, a semi-automatic system also designed for evacuating and sealing under protective gas. The K 99 compact is another machine in the portfolio, specifically developed for sealing cardboard bases onto cardboard cans. This compact system is designed for a maximum can diameter of 99 mm.

Holowall as an exhibition highlight

A special highlight of the trade fair stand is the Holowall, on which a complete can sealing line is visualised as a 3D experience. This presentation offers visitors a comprehensive insight into Swiss Can's manufacturing expertise, which also includes lidding machines, spoon dispensers and conveyor components.
