EyeC is setting new standards in prepress with the Proofiler Graphic Connect. This software solution is cloud-based and enables the automatic comparison of print-ready files with approved print templates. Seamless integration into established workflow systems such as Esko Automation Engine and Hybrid Software allows for fully automated quality control.
Another highlight of EyeC's trade fair appearance is the presentation of its AI-powered inline inspection systems. The EyeC ProofRunner Web Evo, installed on a Bobcat BRM from French manufacturer DCM, enables ultra-fast, 100% inline inspection of labels and flexible packaging up to a web width of 600 mm. The intelligent, image-based fault classification increases precision and minimises false positives, further boosting the efficiency of quality control.
In addition to its inline systems, EyeC also offers scanner-based offline systems such as the Proofiler 1200 DT and the Proofiler 600 DT. These systems are particularly suitable for companies operating in regulated markets and requiring high quality standards. They enable fast and comprehensive sample inspection, which is particularly advantageous for pharmaceutical packaging, package inserts, and safety-critical printed materials.
