Uhlmann Pac-Systeme is introducing a new dual leadership team to shorten decision-making processes and strengthen its focus on innovation and customers. Cristian Reiter and Alexander Schöllhorn will take over the management.
In a strategic move to optimise its leadership structure, Uhlmann Pac-Systeme has announced the introduction of a dual leadership. Since 1 May 2026, Cristian Reiter and Alexander Schöllhorn have been leading the company, which is considered a globally leading provider of packaging systems for the pharmaceutical industry. This realignment aims to shorten decision-making processes and increase innovation capability.
New leadership structure
The decision to place management into the hands of Reiter and Schöllhorn follows the objective of more clearly consolidating leadership responsibility and shortening response times to market demands. Cristian Reiter, who previously served as CTO, will now take on the role of CEO. In addition to the areas of development and production, he will also be responsible for global sales. Reiter has been with Uhlmann Pac-Systeme since 2019 and brings a deep understanding of technology and customer needs. His approach is to closely link market demands with product innovations in order to develop competitive solutions.
Alexander Schöllhorn, who has been with the company since 2020, is expanding his role as CFO to include responsibility for the after-sales business. His focus is on increasing efficiency and sustainable value creation across the entire product lifecycle. This restructuring aims to improve profitability and service quality.
Focus on customer relationships
The realigning of the management structure is part of Uhlmann Pac-Systeme's long-term strategy to support customers worldwide as a strong partner for innovative packaging solutions. Tobias Uhlmann, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Uhlmann Group Holding, emphasises the company's confidence in the new leadership. The dual leadership is intended not only to ensure clear responsibility and short decision-making paths but also to intensify the focus on the market and customers.
Farewell to Michael Mrachacz
As part of the restructuring, Michael Mrachacz, who served as CSO until 30 April 2026, will also be leaving. In recent years, Mrachacz has made significant contributions to the development of sales structures and after-sales processes. Prof. Dr.-Ing. Matthias Niemeyer, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Uhlmann Group Holding, expressly thanked him for his services and the impetus he has provided for the company's future viability.
