Paul Leibinger: Labelling solutions „Made in Germany“

At this year's interpack, Paul Leibinger will be presenting the flexible possibilities of continuous inkjet technology for labelling packaging. The company will also be presenting the V-check vision system, an efficient monitoring system for quality control of printed data.

The „Made in Germany“ printers are ideal for high-contrast labelling of packaging made of cardboard, plastic, shrink film, foam, glass or metal, for example. All Flat, concave, convex, relief-shaped or rough surfaces can be labelled with it. The inkjet coders print fixed or variable data on the substrates without contact during ongoing production and with quick-drying inks. Simple texts, consecutive numbers, best-before dates, various fonts, logos, all common barcodes and DataMatrix codes as well as the PPN code can be applied. They also label packaging in trays automatically and efficiently.

Packaging labelling in a challenging production environment

The models in its JET3up and JET2neo printer series are ideal for use in the packaging industry. The JET3up PRO, for example, has an IP65 protection class and is therefore ideal for the packaging labelling of Food in a wet or dusty production environment suitable. The JET3up PI can be used to reliably mark dark packaging with white or light-coloured inks, while the JET3up RAPID is the ideal solution for very fast production speeds of up to 1000 m/min.

With the Pressure and monitoring system System V-check the product labelling applied with a JET3up or JET2neo printer can be checked quickly and cost-effectively. The automated XY traverse system JETmotion in combination with the WINJET3 XY software enables the printing of entire product pallets from left to right and from top to bottom.
