The motto of the Weber Group, based in Breidenbach, is to be close to the customer and at the same time act globally. At the interpack Weber Mechanical Engineering and Textor together on one stand for the first time. Last year, the sales organisation of both brands was merged: This has created a strong team for even greater customer proximity.
The Weber Slicer S6 with extra-wide cutting chute and open machine design is a flexible and economical solution for numerous applications. The hygienic and ergonomic design as well as the slimline construction characterise this new development.
With the TS 750 Textor presents an optimal solution for processing short products such as bacon or ham. In contrast to conventional slicers, the TS 750 does not convey the products to the slicing level via several belts connected in series, but via a toothed belt drive system. This also processes critical products with absolute operational reliability and without slippage over the entire operating time of production.
Weber Shuttle System (WSS)
Weber Maschinenbau presents the WSS as a central highlight in an exemplary set-up for sandwich or ready meal production. The WSS sets new standards in food production and offers a flexible alternative to portion transport via conveyor systems. The system transports portions individually, precisely and gently to one or more delivery points. The transport system will be presented on site in combination with the Weber Pick-Robot.
