Compact, accumulating pallet circulation system

The new TKU2040 cycle-capable chain circulation system will be the centrepiece of Maschinenbau Kilz GmbH's trade fair presentation. The Troisdorf-based company, whose target customers also include the packaging industry, will also be showing the SPU 2040 accumulating pallet circulation system and the Versamove transfer system, which will be available from October.

The Chain circulation system TKU 2040 is designed for fixed interlinking of Machining centres as well as for the defined, position-orientated supply and removal of Workpiece carriers intended. The timing is freely configurable. The belt body can be supplied with a fixed or variable width.

Very compact and particularly ergonomic, the Pallet circulation system SPU 2040 therefore. This allows several Workstations with different cycle or changeover times. Empty workpiece carriers arrive below the Transport level back to the beginning of the Conveyor section.

The modular „Versamove“ transport system is characterised by its compact design. Curve module out. This enables 180-degree or 90-degree turns in the tightest of spaces. The use of lift transverse or lift rotary units is often unnecessary. It is available with its own drive, but can also be driven by neighbouring systems.
