Three innovative machines new on the market: Gripper-Rinser AEROgrip, Rinser BOTTLEjet and filling machine ECOfil

The latest innovation from TTW is the AEROgrip gripper air rinser. The air rinser is used in the field of BFC (before the counter) medical products, for cleaning jars for e.g. jam and spices or for cleaning many other container shapes. The highlight: the feeding of the containers can be designed very flexibly so that they can then be cleaned with ionised air or optionally other media. Only then are they turned through 180° to be filled. First machines are installed in the market and produce reliably.

Also new are the BOTTLEjet bottle rinser and the centrepiece of every filling line, the ECOfil 12/1B bottle filler and the ECOfil 12/1C can filler. The design of the new machines is characterised by their small installation dimensions, which is why they can also be easily integrated into existing lines. In addition, the predominantly mechanical assemblies in the food sector are easy to maintain and therefore cost-saving. BOTTLEjet and ECOfil also score highly with their format independence and remote maintenance and 24/7 support.

On the BrauBeviale In Nuremberg in 2019, TTW will be exhibiting a complete compact filling line for up to 5,000 bottles per hour.
