HP Indigo 20000 Digital Press makes every bottle unique
The summer will be colourful: from June to September 2019, Henkel is launching the classic dishwasher Pril as a limited design edition with the unmistakable Pril flower back on the market. The eye-catching labels are produced by Folienprint RAKO GmbH, a company of the All4Labels Group.
The following is used HP Indigo 20000 Digital Press, which was specially developed for flexible label and packaging printing, as well as HP SmartStream Mosaic customisation software and PrintOS Composer, a cloud-based job creation service for simplified processing of PDF documents with variable data - each bottle becomes a unique item with an individual unique number.

Pril flowers have been a favourite for decades. In the current design editions, consumers can choose between the „yellow“ and „pink“ variants, each with a different colour. different fragrances The size and arrangement of the flowers varies. This makes every bottle a colourful eye-catcher in the kitchen.

Fast printing on a wide range of materials
With a web width of up to 760mm and a print speed of up to 42m/min, the HP Indigo 20000 Digital Press enables high-volume, large-format label printing and the production of flexible packaging on a wide range of materials.
HP SmartStream Mosaic is an algorithm that automatically generates a large number of unique graphic patterns generated from an original pattern.
To create over 1 million print-ready PDFs, Folienprint used HP PrintOS Composer, a cloud-based application based on centralised high-performance servers, to quickly create print files from variable data.
