New digital services for film production

Brückner Servtec GmbH, a member of the Brückner Group based in Siegsdorf, Bavaria, is presenting its new „Brückner ONE“ digital solutions for film production at K 2019. With the individual modules for service, spare parts management, communication and documentation, the entire system is designed to maximise the availability of film stretching lines and minimise maintenance costs.

The module promises fast and flexible troubleshooting „Brückner ONE Support“ for all technical service enquiries. An app is available for mobile devices. Every service request can be tracked online by the customer. Customers can easily access the support organisation at the touch of a button.

The „Brückner ONE Parts“ module quickly identifies and requests spare parts for the film stretching line. The parts are in the online spare parts catalogue with drawing, description and/or spare part number, placed in the shopping basket and sent as an enquiry. If the system components are labelled with QR codes, the customer scans the parts to identify them immediately. In this way, the requested spare part is quickly delivered to the system and in turn increases system availability.

The „Brückner ONE Com“ module stands for a Highly flexible interaction between customers and service team. Fast and seamless communication between customers and specialists is ensured by modern tools such as text chat, video chat and white boarding. All mobile devices can also be used with an app version. Data glasses and other mobile devices can also be used. The module supports the customer from initial commissioning through the entire life cycle and automatically generates case reports.

Display

Every user likes to hear that: The „Brückner ONE Docu“ module offers a Paperless and easy-to-use online technical documentation. All relevant information is available at the touch of a button. Short video sequences can also be added to demonstrate service processes directly on site.

All new ONE modules are available for Maximum data transparency and security. Only the customer decides which data is accessed when and by whom, and remains the data owner at all times. The required hardware plus firewall is installed on the customer's system.
