Thimm has developed a POS display consisting of trays and innovative display corners for the Deli Reform brand of Walter Rau Lebensmittelwerke GmbH. 

The clever Display solution is intended to achieve a sales-promoting effect for the traditional company's margarines and spreads with little effort and at low cost. In production, Thimm relies on the Flexo pre-printing and digital printing in combination. 

The Deli Reform range includes various types of margarines and spreads, which are transported and sold in corrugated cardboard trays. Thimm prints these trays using flexo pre-printing and produces them from fine EE wave. With the integrated stacking corners they ensure product protection along the entire supply chain. Recesses on the sides of the automated tray packaging are designed to provide an optimum view of the Deli Reform products. 

Display corners promote brand presentation

To promote impulse purchases at the point of sale, Thimm developed so-called Display corners. These corners can be easily Lock to a Chep pallet, on which the trays are stacked together. Due to the economic advantages for promotional campaigns and the use of different print images, the digital printing technology in production. The cost-efficient display provides space for an effective advertising space and therefore promotes both the Brand presentation as well as sales as a supplementary Secondary placement in the food retail sector.
