There Ramil Galiyev has been working for 20 years now - and is not dreaming of quitting the family business in the near future.
The starting signal for the now 44-year-old jubilarian was given on 1 May 1999. In the early years he was a production assistant, today Ramil Galiyev is a machine operator. If you ask Ilona Brandt, who has managed the company together with her father Albert and Paul Schander since 2014 and 2016 respectively, about three of her employee's virtues, the following attributes come to mind: „Ramil is Reliable, committed and conscientious“, says the 38-year-old.
Ilona Brandt praises her employee and says: „Ramil Galiyev has become our favourite. grown fond of and we can no longer imagine life without him. He has become indispensable.“ The 44-year-old gladly accepts such a compliment from the junior manager and in turn praises the advantages of his employer: „I'm delighted that I've been working at Brandt Hülsen for 20 years. The familiar atmosphere in this company I like it very much“.
The management is unanimous: „We are proud to have won Ramil Galiyev for our company and would like to thank him warmly for his great commitment over the last twenty years“.
