FIPA GmbH has developed the modular end-of-line universal box gripper, which can prepare, close and palletise cardboard boxes in various sizes. 

The lightweight gripper is Modular principle and can be flexibly adapted to customer requirements. It is particularly suitable for Medium-sized companies in the packaging industry, which are based on a high Flexibility in the packaging line The company is reliant on a large number of suppliers - especially for small to medium batch sizes, the numerous packaging variants or changing seasonal business. In addition, the Investment volume within an SME-friendly framework.

The new End-of-line universal box gripper Thanks to its weight-optimised aluminium support structure, the basic configuration has a tare weight of just under 8 kg and therefore still offers Up to 50 kg load capacity. Robust, low-maintenance pneumatic components and stable hinges ensure a long service life even under high utilisation. The end positions during the folding process can be set precisely. Thanks to the use of efficient Multi-chamber ejectors the gripper consumes very little compressed air.

The Multifunctional grippers is from about 100 different variants individually configurable and can be flexibly extended with proven components from the FIPA range of Vacuum and gripper technology expand. Among other things, the robot connection, quick changer and mask size can be configured to adapt to the final carton dimensions.

Display

Thanks to cost-efficient lightweight construction technology the customer can use a smaller robot, which has a positive effect on the purchase and operating costs. One Complete final packaging station is therefore possible on 2 x 2 x 2 metres and saves valuable space in the hall.
