Superlatives in film stretching

The Chinese BOPA film producer Xiamen Changsu has ordered two sequential film stretching lines from Brückner Maschinenbau.

The Chinese BOPA film producer Xiamen Changsu has ordered two sequential film stretching lines from Brückner Maschinenbau.

To date, these are considered to be the fastest, widest and most powerful of their kind - with a Working width of 7+ metres, one Production speed from
340 m/min and a output of more than 2.5 tonnes per hour.

Our new systems outperform our most powerful machines to date by 35 per cent in terms of speed and 50 per cent in terms of output. Thanks to our long-standing collaboration with Brückner, we are confident that we will be able to guarantee the product quality that our customers have come to expect and demand with the new systems.“

Phillip Chen, Managing Director Brueckner Far East, emphasises the long-standing partnership between the two companies: „Xiamen Changsu is one of our oldest customers in the BOPA sector, not only in China but worldwide. Since 2003 we have Ten projects successfully implemented together.
