165 years ago, Hermann Faubel opened the „Faubel & Co. Cartonagen und Papierwaaren-Fabrik Cassel“ in Kassel. After the Second World War, the company moved to Melsungen.
„Faubel has had to overcome a number of challenges. That's why we are all the more proud to be able to look back on such a long company history,“ says Frank Jäger, Managing Director of Faubel.
The company developed from a small manufacturer of pharmacy accessories to one of the world's leading suppliers of labelling for investigational medicinal products and special labels.
„We have never rested on our experience and knowledge, but have always worked on new products. This ambition has had a major impact on our growth,“ says Hunter.
Family-run since the beginning
Another building block of success is stable corporate management. Faubel has been run by families since 1855, Since 1982, the Kuge family has held the majority of shares. „We belong to the classic SME sector and try to bring the associated values to life every day.“
Friendly and professional interaction with all employees, suppliers, customers and partners is just as relevant as a connection to the town of Melsungen and the North Hesse region. So Faubel promotes training within, but also outside the company, and almost exclusively commissions regional companies for its construction projects.
